And your laptop is connected to the internet?
65502 ?You can use it as a wireless hotspot, I don't see a problem with that?
Just to satisfy myself, I put my 8ta SIM in my HTC Desire HD, set it up as a wireless hotspot and am now typing this on my laptop
EDIT: just remember to switch to network 66502.
That was my question Khanya but I got "Ah no this isn't for a cellphone its for a internet"![]()
Via my wireless hotspot, yes.
Careful.... with the 8ta data specials you must specify the 8ta network (non-roaming).Here you are this should work on your desire (thanks to MickyD)
Switch on Data roaming
1) On the home screen select the button and then select Settings
2) Select Wireless & Networks
3) Select Mobile networks
4) Select Data roaming
Please note: Data roaming must be enable so that the Internet can work.
No - unless it is offered as a special by the place you are frequenting.Wireless hotspots are they free? Sorry my ignorance don't have knowledge regarding hotspots.
I love those!!!Thanks MickeyD! Reason why I ask is because sometimes I pick up "unprotected wireless networks"
