Well this is marvelous!

Its 10 on a monday morning and I cannot get any connectivity on the sentech network. Getting hold of the call center is like pulling teeth from a crocodile, pretty difficult.

What kind of lame excuse do they have this time? I dont care if there is a problem, why can I not get online or even get through to the call center? No, I dont want to leave a message!

You know, I have been mostly happy with this service until half an hour ago. This what you get when you deal with the government.

Grumble grumble.

Your lucky!

I got squat, thankfully I havent gotten rid of my Mweb account yet.

Its actually amazing to see how slow dial up is compared to 128K. That is of course when sentech works at the pace its supposed to.

Still not working!!!!!!!

Just got this from Sentech:

""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Dear Valued Customer,

Our upstream provider is currently experiencing problems
over their international links resulting in service
degradation.

Their technicians are attending the problem.

We unfortunately have no ETA as to when we can expect the
problem to be resolved.

Please contact support@sentech.co.za (or the Call
Centre: 086 073 6832 or +27 11 215 7343) for any queries.

Kind regards

Sentech

Maybe Telkom capped Sentech. They must buy more internet time. LOL. Just a thought.

Talking of which, I will be capped by tomorrow. Because the kids played too much CS on local servers. Telskum, GRRRR! If Telskum was a man, he would of had a "snot klap" long ago.

Well...in Sentech's defense. IS suffered a major outage this morning. No ISP connected to the IS network could open sites. DNS wouldn't resolve because of the outage. I beleive it's IS's international lines that went down.

Finally back up!

I think the helpdesk has just gotten on my list of useless waste's of time.

Oh well, back to pimping the bandwidth.

All we need now is to change the hold music at the helpdesk!
