Useless website

So I got an SMS to register on MTN's "new" website. I did. Confirmed the link etc. But, when I try to log in, nothing happens - typical MTN. Their last website suffered similar problems. I can't even remember why I haven't ported this number yet.

So I tried to send a complaint via their website and the email a complaint thing has a maximum length of two sentences. Argh! Catch a wake up, MTN
