I am a renegade who had left MTN due to its insane data pricing and I did get much joy elsewehere for quite a while. MTN's CRM centre also wasn't very helpful when reporting signal issues previously.
Cell C has been delivering well for quite a while now, but their signal has become erratic and unreliable. To the point of being useless. I presently consider returning to MTN despite the terrible cost implications but I do need to know how users in the areas as mention, experience the service levels. A coverage map is useless as, if we could believe those, almost nobody in South Africa should be experiencing any problems whatsoever.
If the proof of the pudding lies in the eating, is your MTN dessert palatable?
