It looks like they believe a deadline MUST be MISSED......if not they would be "bowing down" to the consumers and dammit they just REFUSE.....

Makes me wonder what they are spin doctoring internally to the board of directors and CEO.....

How sad is it that it takes your customers' time to sort out your company problems? imagine TheRodent didn't buy SuckMyWireless, what would the company have done? They owe him big time for the time and effort he's put into sorting out problems.

We have to thank Tracy for actually picking up on our frustrations and publicising it out to the world

NB....this proxy server issue is actually hell of a technical....it took ages for us as users to pick it up (actually Rodent- but we have all put effort into the cause) so the article isn't 100% technically but the reality is that for the average man/woman would probably understand it.

Thanks Tracy for picking up and continuing the coverage....we all appreciate it
