Using an LTE router as a backup service for my main broadband service

I use a wireless broadband provider (VTS), and at times have connectivity issues which is annoying and can be frustrating when used in conjunction with home access systems and smart locks.

My current internal network setup is a Linksys AC1900 WRT taking the signal from the microwave link and providing LAN and WiFi downstairs with an Unifi LR AP for upstairs WiFi

I have a spare LTE router that I want to connect into this, such that if I lose network connectivity on my main link, the LTE automatically becomes my fallback supply. I do not want to use the LTe if the main network is up for obvious reasons

How can this be done?
