Using own car for business use

Hi guys..

I'm just wondering who else is using there own private car in your job.
How do you get paid back for this and what is average?

I'm currently getting paid a standard AA rate per km for my car.. But i'm on the road a lot so my car is putting on large mileage. I'm also wondering how insurance works.. I am currently paying for insurance even though I'm on the road for this company most of the time...

The AA rate you are receiving is much more then your actual fuel usage to cover you for maintenance, insurance etc
