Using the phone jack on the Frogfoot fibre box

I've recently had fibre installed, with Frogfoot fibre and Afrihost as the ISP. The fibre box (Gigapoint 803Gv2) has a phone jack on it, which I presume is for VoIP. If I connect my existing telephone to it, how do I go about actually making that work? I assume I'd need to sign up with a VoIP provider, but then how do I configure things so that the fibre box knows about my VoIP account? All the information I can find on VoIP seems to assume you're connecting the phone via ethernet to a normal router (either a VoIP phone, or a regular phone plus an analogue-to-VoIP adapter), but I can't find any information about these fibre router phone jacks.

You need to add the SIP server details into the 803v2, but Frog are using it as a demarcation device, and only they can add the SIP information.

Is that something they would typically do? Are there specific VoIP providers they partner with for that?

Thanks
