Hi everyone, so I am a complete noob at this, but I need some help.
Some background: So I am going to start playing a sport – Cricket, I going to bowl for a club, as it is now I bowl ok I think, however I want to bowl faster (145kph+)
But I have a fitness problem.
I need to get fit, thereby also losing some weight before September/October.
I have started running in the evening and started cutting down on meals.
My main question is will this product from USN help/or any other product anyone can recommend, and are there also long term health considerations to take into account for using this stuff? and should it be used in conjunction with any diet etc.
