Hi everyone, so I am a complete noob at this, but I need some help.

Some background: So I am going to start playing a sport – Cricket, I going to bowl for a club, as it is now I bowl ok I think, however I want to bowl faster (145kph+):whistling: But I have a fitness problem.

I need to get fit, thereby also losing some weight before September/October.

I have started running in the evening and started cutting down on meals.
My main question is will this product from USN help/or any other product anyone can recommend, and are there also long term health considerations to take into account for using this stuff? and should it be used in conjunction with any diet etc.

Thanks in advance, this is the first time I've considered something like this, and haven't had the courage to ask someone I really "know". Edit what a change from the usual topics I participate in on MyBroadband :D

Stop right there. You're wasting money, there are far better suppliments to be taking even before considering Phedra Cut or Yohimbine. If I was you I would just stick to the stock standard suppliments of Protein, Vitamin D and Fish Oils. If you want to lose weight 98% of weightloss will always be attributed to clean eating and calorie monitoring, the last 2% can be put down to suppliments. Seriously dont waste your money

Theres a good reason why I think the three suppliments I mentioned are pretty much mandatory but that explanation is too long for this thread.

The only supplement I take is a multivitamin. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise in my experience.

In the body builder thread the guys pretty much agreed that USN is crap and if you want good value for money then go for EVOX products. Seems USN does have a bad reputation.
