USSD Services not working

I have a serious problem as my data bundles are expiring today and I cannot convert my airtime on the sim to data since the USSD services is not working. I do not know of another way to convert my airtime to data. Does anyone know of an alternative way?

It isn't an alternative way but another method to access the USSD commands.

Download MDMA and connect via your data cable to your PC. It should be straight forward from there but post if any issues and we can help out were we can .

Edit: Forgot to mention, if you can roam on your phone, try accessing the USSD menu like that before trying the method above .

I'm using MDMA and I have been trying with the MTN software on the modem, does not work.

Have you tried while roaming on the one MTN allows [not sure who?] ?

I tried with another MTN modem of mine and I could send ussd commands with it. I suppose somehow my modem was nmot functioning correctly but after installing the other MTN modem, it worked fine with the new and old modem.
