please give us your opinions on uunet, whether it be good or bad.

also the download speeds you are getting

This topic is rapidly becoming tired.

no well all the guys who work for uunet push their service but i dont know anyone who uses it but the ppl who work for them on this forum kinda weird hey

I'd like to thank people for refraining from feeding the resident Trolls (thanks goes out to hArTh's sig for that link).

With your continuing help I'm sure we can make this a better world for our children and our children's children.

In the words of Rodney King - why can we all just get along. I have a dream of a day when UUNet and AYCE subscribers will be seen walking down the road hand on hand without fear of repercussion or retribution.

In short, ask not what your ISP can do for you but rather what you can do for your ISP.

(and that was my drivel of the day)

I use a UUNET account on a 512 ADSl to supply my Internet Cafe, my IT support company and I supply a 64K Diginet to a third company. Its pretty good, it was down once this month for about an hour, then I use a normal SAIX account as backup. To me its about uptime and web browsing speed, for the R700 bucks its not bad at all.
