It's over protective and extortionate to employers. Way to go in a country with massive unemployment which is partially caused by those laws.

I employ nobody anymore. I used Covid to get rid of them and the government to pay their UIF out. It was almost impossible to get rid of them before Covid. I had to explain why to the labour department and they always negotiated (threatened) for me to keep the employees.

It's now either a casual or a contract for a specific job with payment for stage achievements only.

Enjoy your world class unemployment causing labour laws.
Let's enjoy it together, you are still here in SA right? I want to share the experience with you, unless of course you think I should be more concerned about unemployment that you are and I should be particularly heartbroken that you decided not to employ people anymore.

The labour court, there's a clue in there, their criminal acts and their employment are two separate things, the business of the labour court is to see if everything pertaining to labour matters was adhered to, in this instance it looks like it wasn't so they get their jobs back.

The criminal matters they are accused of is a separate matter and has nothing to do with the labour court.
Yeah yeah, keep justifying and deflecting, it's worked out well for us all.

Try and look at things from an employers point of view for a change.

At least you are inclusive, for some reason the other right wingers seems to think the problems we have affects me more than it affects them, "enjoy your poverty, enjoy your crime, enjoy your unemployment".

Oh I have, on a number of times, and I found that employers sometimes just cannot resist wanting to take chances hoping they will get away with it, it is often arrongance sprinkled with generous amounts of incompetence.

I sometimes wonder why we don't see any disciplinary proceedings against managers who waste the employers resources with useless cases they go on to lose at the labour court.

Then you just find another job if you have an arrogant employer taking chances. Lets see how long the employer lasts then?

Hell no, why? Maybe the incompetent manager who wastes the employer's money on spite driven cases that are not sound on merit is the one who should go? Or in the case of Gert and Seuns welding company they should just close down, since they are clearly not fit to operate any business in the country, just find another country to run your business from.

If the manager is losing staff because of their management style, how long do you think the manager will last?

If there is no staff wanting to work there, where does the cabal get their money from?
There will always be staff wanting to work there, we are in SA, people are always moving about between employers, and we have a massive unemployment problem.

because they have no choice. If there were no draconian labour laws, we wouldn't have an unemployment problem.

Even if it affects us in different ways, it still affects us all. Poverty, disease, famine and mortality due to starvation knows no skin colour, although those who are melanin-deficient seem to manage it far better historically, and that is probably what those so-called "right-wingers" are getting at. The net effect of the absence of justice is anarchy, poverty, immorality, disease, famine, starvation and death. If there is only one thing that any government should be doing right, it is the swift and judicious punishment of crime and the criminal, it leads to economic prosperity for all. Its absence is the reason for the decline of the West today, and the wokey woke leftist libtards will continue to chip away until all we have left are piles of putrid rotting flesh.

Why the F do they always set fire to things when there's an issue with their free education? Do they not know and understand they're burning down the infrastructure and places where they'll need to sleep? In which case the varsity will now need to provide them with temporary shelter along with fixing the burnt building.

FFS grow up!

because it is free, there is no value.

"once you carry your own water you will learn the value of every drop."

additionally, there cannot be a mindset of gratitude, if you are told you are entitled.

besides that, if this is the pinnacle of their reasoning capabilities, they do not deserve to be there in the first place. luckely nobody was injured/killed.

I guess mamma matchies forgot to tell them it's time to stop now, they're still liberating, but nobody knows from whom anymore..

Just remember that revolutionaries need an enemy, without one they are just the abyss that has been starting back all this time..
