Oh I have, on a number of times, and I found that employers sometimes just cannot resist wanting to take chances hoping they will get away with it, it is often arrongance sprinkled with generous amounts of incompetence.
Then you just find another job if you have an arrogant employer taking chances. Lets see how long the employer lasts then?

Or in the case of Gert and Seuns welding company they should just close down, since they are clearly not fit to operate any business in the country, just find another country to run your business from.
If the manager is losing staff because of their management style, how long do you think the manager will last?
They can last as long as the cabal that protects them remains in place.
If there is no staff wanting to work there, where does the cabal get their money from?
There will always be staff wanting to work there, we are in SA, people are always moving about between employers, and we have a massive unemployment problem.
