We are looking for a digital marketer who enjoys both SEO and SEM and thoroughly enjoys the inbound marketing industry.
As your role as Search Manager you would be responsible for developing and implementing search marketing strategies for Flint Studio, our partners and clients. This role includes both Pay per click search marketing and SEO as key roles and could extend to other inbound marketing activities.

Main Duties
  • Responsible for implementing and managing paid and natural search campaigns.
  • Plan keyword strategy for both paid and natural search campaigns.
  • Responsible for AdWords budget planning and allocation.
  • Responsible for managing and implementing display campaigns.
  • Understand, plan and manage creative digital campaigns and liaise with required creative or inbound teams.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improved performance.
  • Complete SEO site audits and provide findings and recommendations for clients.
  • Track and analyse site performance.
  • Responsible for link building and outreach campaigns.
  • Liaise with Project Manager for planning, providing reports, recommendations, requirements from client etc

Job Requirements/Skills Required
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience implementing and managing PPC and Display campaigns (Google AdWords)
  • Google AdWords certification (must be current certification)
  • Experience with Google AdWords Editor
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with technical SEO
  • Experience with 3rd party tools (Moz, Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog, Xenu Sleuth etc)
  • Experience using popular Content Management Systems and their respective popular SEO plugins (WordPress, Joomla etc)
  • Familiar with semantic markup
  • Understanding of the concept of inbound marketing and have the ability to plan and manage digital campaigns.

  • Google Analytics IQ qualification
  • Other relevant inbound marketing certification
  • Social media advertising experience (Facebook ads, Twitter ads etc)
  • Email marketing experience
  • Landing page optimisation and CRO
