Seat belts are the law. They have also saved my life 3 times. Covid-19 vaccines are not mandated by law and they haven't saved my life yet.

So if seatbelts were not law you would not have worn one and you would be dead.

Great chat.

Would you eat a peanut butter sandwich if it prevented you from getting cancer?

Dead as a dead dog with his legs in the air and tongue hanging out dead.

Yeah probably. Just no jam please

We already established long ago the risk of death is not good enough to convince people, but the risk of death from the prophylactic being 10 000x lower is way too risky

Apparently even zero risk is too risky.

Absolutely mind blowing to see this kind of warped thinking in action.

"The risk presented by Covid is not high enough to warrant eating a sandwich."

Brain melting stuff right there.

Medicine is not something to be taken lightly. This has been common knowledge for decades. There are side effects associated with every single medication even right down to a single Paracetamol.

If everybody shoved medicine inside of themselves because they have a teeny little headache or tummy pain or were afraid of something that "might" happen we would fast turn into a planet full of hypochondriacs.

Yeah it is mind blowing to see people shoving medicine into themselves for fear and terror of such a low risk. The mainstream media has done a good number on all of you.

That fear seems to be manifesting itself into illogical incoherent chatter about sandwiches. It's fine. Go lie down and take deep breaths.

Covid is literally in the top 3 leading causes of death (plus it massively increases your risk of heart disease which is the nr.1 killer), yet that is not high enough for you to eat a PB&J sandwich that would protect you from it and carries ZERO RISK.

Talk about illogical and incoherent...

You really are quite the character.

You said, either peanut butter sandwich to protect me from covid-19 or no sandwich and risk it. I told you the same thing I am telling you now. I do not need to be protected therefore, no sandwich. The risk of heart disease , as linked above, is for people with existing medical heart conditions and covid-19 aggravating those conditions. I said, under those circumstances, rather take the vaccine.

Your false equivalence argument style, tic tac toe dancing around and boolean logic is becoming tiresome and I grow bored of you.

At a 99% recovery rate from Covid I wouldn't need to. I take far greater risks than that just stepping out of my door in the morning. That's the whole direction of the river I'm coming from. I won't take it because I don't need to take it.

Besides, I've never seen any company place a blanket ban on all staff from bringing any peanut tainted food items into the work place on the chance that someone has a peanut allergy even if deadly.
Excluding Covid what would you put your chance of dying in the next 365 days at?

I really don't know that the leftists are "real dumb" or "play dumb".

vaccine won't stop spreading ==> fact. no argument

however, the person has the right to be considered any "consequence" after vaccination, in his / her own judgement and his / her personal capacity accepts / declines to take the vaccine. no one / any government should have that power to make the decision and to force any person to receive the vaccine.

if you want to take the risk of those side effects, you are welcome to take the vaccine but you have no right to push the other people to take the vaccine.

the reason is simple, you push / force any person to take the vaccine but you won't take the same consequence that the person may face. everyone has different side effects and that is no guarantee the vaccine is 100% safe.

keep arguing for that it is waste of time and meaningless. as you leftists always love to say, "my body, my choice."

fair enough?

While I do not actively follow this thread and and am not sure what has been said since the last time I checked in...

Jeepers, by this time (... 129 pages later) I would have thought that is would be the default view.

Its really simple... take the medication if you want, don't if you don't want... But do not b*** and moan about YOUR decision afterwards. Either way!!

Anyone still punting forcing anyone else to take medication they do not want, are just as bad or **WORST** that the guys that go around thinking they can save all lesbians (...and set them straight) with "corrective rape".
