Because they are so scarceHad to go back 3 pages to find someone actually talking about side effects

I live in what is described as an affluent area. I'm finding many of the more wealthy folk suffer delusions of entitlement & much that's going on is beneath them.
Many are the very same who have been vaccinated now tend to ignore the usual precautions, thinking of themselves only - and possibly little concerned they can pass on this virus to the next person.
I'll give you an example, many of these ppl are going in and out of places like apartment buildings, and using elevators without wearing a mask - not too bright an idea for enclosed areas with limited ventilationDevils advocate argument would be why should they care about covidiots and ivmorons who are acting like retards and refusing the vaccine?
Nov 9 (Reuters) - Three-time National Football League (NFL) MVP Aaron Rodgers admitted on Tuesday that he had misled people about his COVID-19 vaccination status, having previously insisted that he had not lied about whether his had been immunized against the virus.
Rodgers is facing possible fines for violating league protocol in regard to the novel coronavirus, including failing to wear a mask at press conferences, which is required of all unvaccinated players. He is not facing suspension.
The other advantage of a chain for those that are quite mobile, is your file is available everywhere,
That is one way of looking at it. My base assumption (which I should have stated) is that there is still a doctor out there prescribing the medication and the chain pharmacy is filling those prescriptions and adhering to the choices as specified by the doctor. This is the disadvantage I'm talking about. It's the same if you jumping GPs. If your practitioner is sh*t by all means change.
But every practioner has their own treatment strategies and preferred drugs. You will be going in circles.
Chain pharmacists have targets to meet depending on the stock availability at the warehouse. They have to do this its part of their contract. Smaller pharmacies don't have massive stock holdings so they not obliged to select drugs according to cost and FIFO. The disadvantage is they more expensive.
Let me give you a personal example. I do not recommend combination OTC pain killers unless the patient hates taking tablets or has a high pill burden. So take myprodol for example it has 250 paracetamol (if memory serves me correct) 200mg brufen 10mg codeine and caffeine as a booster.
That amount of codeine is useless, it will only serve to constipate you and it will satisfy you if you developing an opioid addiction (yes codeine is the most abused opioid out there). So you take 2 and you get 500mg paracetamol which will also do nothing in an adult patient.
So normally I separate it into 1000mg paracetamol four times a day with a NSAID and I can choose an appropriate nsaid Voltaren naproxen brufen xefo what ever works best for the problem. This results is a vastly superior treatment plan and if you need the caffeine to boost the drugs go get a cup of coffee. The separate dosing also allows for optimal dosing as the formulation is made that specific drug and doesn't have to compromise for multiple drugs.
I've noticed my bread/toast tastes more chemical like and my Telkom reception has gotten worse. I believe this is interference from the 5g Bill Gates has implanted in me.
I know - what can I say?
However, the research facility I am with is a red-blooded straight man's delight.
The doctors are mainly female, young, and pretty damn fine.
So much so that the doctor doing my assement the other day had me thinking "were I to get married, this could be the one".
Exceedingly good looking, sense of humour, brains - everything.
No dull and drab old men around those parts.
It's true. My recliner has metal in it .. I got stuck on it all Saturday. Was forced to watch rugby to pass the time. You should try and stick metal things to yourself, you might already be partially magnetic as well.

I am on no chronic medication other than ecotrin. My wife is on quite a few and we never deviated from what the doctor prescribes, not even when a damn medical aid tries to push a generic without clearing with the doctor first.
As to pain killers, we have always stuck to the basics and not fallen for all the "gimmicks" and even those we have in the house have been cleared by our family doctor.
So, it is all about individual patient responsibility in the end.
I shall donate my estate to Dr. Fauci, without him (godbless his soul), we'd be unled in this pandemic.Correct, multiple heart attacks will follow soon. Visit this link asap

I see you are a perfectly rational & grateful person. Hats off to you. Perhaps think of dividing wealth towards Biden Xi Ping as well and some to Obama.I shall donate my estate to Dr. Fauci, without him (godbless his soul), we'd be unled in this pandemic.
