Samsung warehouse and service centres destroyed

A key warehouse used by Samsung was destroyed and several of the company's service centres ransacked during riots in KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The warehouse belonged to Value Logistics, which Samsung used as its main staging warehouse between the Durban port and the rest of South Africa.
 
and the KZN ANC are going on about people being hungry and therefore desperate, guess this lot wanted to eat a high tech diet

Seriously, when does the looting stop? This cannot go on forever. Dis nie meer snaaks nie.

Yes, people is angry, "release" zuma and whatever. But you forget, Zuma handed himself over, if he wanted to stay out of prison, he would have fled to somewhere else, with his cadres protecting him.

Its not looting anymore. On twitter huge amounts of people claiming to be black or zulu are calling for genocide because of people that died when trying to loot. typical that no one would want to take the blame for burning our country.... but it wasnt the Indians..
 
This will not end well for anybody...and the ANC specifically took a massive hit here and has a mortal wound on their left side and they may well bleed out...only time will tell though.
 
Well, if I was Samsung or any other international company I would divest from SA, if I was a government of another country, I would stop any international aid as well, I don't give a toss, you reap what you sow. so glad I'm out of that sh!thole where they just do what they want. this kind of thing makes me so ashamed to be South African

This is not about Zuma, he's cronies just mobilized angry people.

I have loads of appliances that I was planning to buy later in the year or wait for Black Friday.
What are the chances of that still happening? or should I buy and store it for now incase prices goes up due to the looting?
