VDSL in Alberton / Meyersdal exchange

I know I am not in the Meyersdal area, but my street shows I can only get 10mbps. The street above me, can get 20mbps. Asking telkom about this, was a failed attempt.

Looks like we will still wait a while for fibre, so started searching for someone whom can help me with ADSL Bonding.
