A friends dad was killed a couple of months back. Zimbabwean and truck driver in RB. Got killed in his truck. Nothing stolen.

KZN is a **** show in regards to this. They're gunning down anyone who isn't a local driver left right and center.

Not sure about other provinces. From the news I've read that Cape Town/the WC has had a few truck attacks, but only 1 death that I know of. KZN they've shot multiple drivers and burnt their trucks.

There are a couple of things going on.
Xenophobia.
Truck drivers getting killed.
Drug houses being set on fire by the community.
Drugs and probably also Nigerian drug trade (according to the community) out of control.
Taxi Boss Mobs controlling the City.
Police doing nothing, most probably run by the Taxi Bosses (my opinion) (lol, taxi bosses say police run by Nigerians).
At least we can all agree the police is controlled by someone.
Crime out of hand.

The latest incident is because of Taxi drivers who assaulted the foreigners, probably Nigerians and the "Nigerian drug houses that got set on fire". But we know they hate foreigners in general, can been seen on the truck drivers that get murdered. The taxi drivers attacking the foreigners got arrested by the police. As a result of the arrests the communities and taxi bosses got angry. Ironically they blame the police from being corrupt and taking bribes from the drug dealers.....

This is how I understand the circus.

Community loots and burn down white owned farm in KZN

Mtubatuba community members in Richards Bay, KZN burnt down a farm after a fisher drowned in a dam at the farm.

On Friday farm workers said they spotted five people fishing at a farm’s dam. The farm security went to towards the dam to confront the fishers but they did not find them as they had already dispersed.
