Hello Everyone
Since Last week, I would say, my internet has been going at the slowest speeds you can get, even worse then 384kbps speeds, I live in East london, Amalinda, and this is my speedtest with a 4mb Telkom capped 20GB account.
I can't stream any videos,do anything. Only torrents seem to go at a normal speed atm. its acting like this every night from 6pm-11pm around that time. my line is fine since it works full in the mornings and afternoons, but when it hits night time, its unusable. Its like the exchange can't handle even a bare minimum users on the internet at once. I contacted telkom to reset my ports, that did not seem to work. All I can do is call them to inspect my line but I do not want to be charged a call out fee if im not at fault. As I also get a similar speed on my Axxess 2mb uncapped account.
