Very slow speeds

I have been contacting rain for almost 3 months now with all consultants asking the same questions and forwarding my queries to the networks team with the outcome being the tower is congested.
Personally i think they oversold their bandwidth and cant keep up as i get 1mbps if im lucky..

I get the same story. Cannot stream or even browse the net for a minute without interruptions and buffering.
Youtube only manages to work at all on the lowest setting and it feels like a video from the 80's.
Makes SABC look clear and good by comparison.
There should be a minimum level of service and speed if they claim you are in the coverage area.
If the site gets oversubscribed and is always congested, then it is their responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient bandwidth to allow customers fair speeds.
They need to upgrade that areas towers and provide more towers or take the area out of the coverage zone.
It's just not fair that we all pay the same yet some people are have fabulous and acceptable LTE speeds and some get 3G.
Then they should charge lower rates because the money is not being used to provide the infrastructure for an acceptable experience.
