I am currently experiencing very slow speeds. Is anyone else experiencing the same? I live in Cape Town and connect via the Goodwood Tower. Slow speeds have been around all day, and on & off for the past few weeks.

Zero526 you are absolutely right. We have seen the same abysmal speed for more than a week now. We lodged an official complaint last night after a speed test showed that we were downloading at 1.4KB/s, which is slower than a dial up connection! You must phone the call center and ask to speak to Carl, don't bother with any of those other monkeys, Carl is on the ball. Get him to raise a ticket for your complaint. That's the only way to get some action and even then, I'm not sure if it will achieve anything.
