Very strange MYBB problem - embedded videos in CA do not play in safari

Never had a problem before.

This is all I get trying to play a video in CA:


However, if I go off to OT (youtube must see vids) for example, there is no problem - they play:

No problem with playing video within youtube or other websites, the issue seems isolated to CA only.

But, if I go to CA using Firefox, the videos play:


any ideas ?

And perhaps just to you?

I'm assuming you've done the usual logging out and clearing of any MyBB related cookies and data before logging back in?

Scrap that. I have the same issue but if I go to the bottom and press on YouTube icon then it works on their site.

Now I am lost. returning to the embedded video it worked on MyBB this time. It seems at times it cannot find the streaming data. Strange but true. BTW I use Chrome.

Ok so I checked the link and as I stated the original "Video" was actually a live stream on Youtube not a Video. The difference could be seen during the streaming that there is no time and the progress bar was full and red. Checking the link as it was compared to now shows that it is now a video and not a stream which shows me that the end portion is different and now this text "&spfreload=10" is missing from the end. I reposted the current video link...try again and see if that made a difference. I think you tried the link just as the stream ended. Who knows there is just too much fine detail we do not really know all the time.
