I contacted Virgin Mobile. They don't have a clue about this guy being a Virgin Mobile representative.

I just hope no-one gave him any details. If you did gave your details to him please let me know asap.

It wasnt obvious to me but I finally managed to find this list of Forum Leaders which includes officially sanctioned reps.

Personally, I would prefer something more obvious so newcomers were immediately aware but thats neither here nor there.
