Vista-limited conectivity

My system runs on vista business. My preffered connection is using a prepaid sim on the MTN network via my e220 modem.

My signal stregth is excellent and consistent - 4 bars.(JHB cbd)

Until last week i had no problems maintaining a connection to the MTN network. I am able to connect to the network uising the huawai dashboard and the system shows that i am connected - however - i cannot acces the internet and the status of the connection: ipv4 connectivity is shown as limited.

I do have sufficient airtime available.

any suggestions

This looks similar to the problem I'm having. Say's it's connected but no pages are loading up.

Trying going back a few steps and think of any applications which you have loaded prior to you having this problem. Try doing a system restore to the last date your internet connection was working. Hope this helps..
