Vmc / Vpn / Hanging

Hi guys

Anyone with an answer to this? I've got a few users with a similiar problem, when connecting using the VMC dash their laptop freezes. For the life of me I cant seem to solve it, I've reloaded the laptops, upgraded to Ver7 of the dash, upgraded the firmware on the cards, tried different model cards with upgraded firmware etc and nothing seems to help. The only thing I can find that might be common to all them is the fact that they all connect to our VPN server? Anyone with similiar issues or ideas on how to resolve this ?

Did not know there was a version 7 of the software out. Try disabling all networking on the laptops "except" for the vodafone card and then see if it stops freezing.

I also did not know about a version 7,........Latest one I saw was ver. 6.03.

My advice is pretty swift. Get rid of the VMC software (crap) and get the Hauwei dashboard software. It's 10x quicker and 100x more accurate. Unfortunately it only works on Hauwei E620 cards. (Thus Voda HSDPA/MTN F@stLink E620 should be compatible.
