Isn't it typical of people to keep silent about good service while they complain until the cows come home about bad service :D The 3g service has improved in my area too because of a new tower. There I said it: I received good service from Vodacom despite haemorrhaging on the price of R2/MB ;)

Why keep disconnecting and reconnecting all the time thats the point of broadband anyway always on. Any way I leave it on so ppl can leave msges on MSN and yahoo and I dnt have to wait for my mail to d/l when I get back from appointments.

On the subject of good service - a few months ago we decided that we want to relocate to a farm near Mossel Bay. Not only is there no GPRS signal at our cottage but the cell signal is also intermittent. I contacted V3G who put me on to the right people, who did the necessary installations, and I now have a GPRS connection and a stronger cell signal at the cottage than I do in Plumstead!

I think that is good service - thanks Vodacom!
