Taxpayer

Of course Vodacom would like taxpayers to provide Vodacom with a new network.
The Electronics Communications Amendment Bill states that once implemented, [-]the WOAN[/-] the taxpayer will be required to provide wholesale open access to its network and facilities, and active infrastructure sharing, which includes radio access networks and national roaming, must take place.
As a taxpayer, I think this is a stupid idea.

This will be a disaster, given previous track records, look how well Government is running SAA, Eskom, Telkom and various others, then look at the Digital TV Migration, and lets not forget SASSA.:whistling:
