Vodacom 111

I need to contact someone at Vodacom, but when I call 111 from my phone I get cut off after an hour. Phone again, get cut off after an hour...
How on earth do one reach them???

I had the same problem. After a while you get the option to press #, and then they are supposed to call you back... still waiting for the call and it's been an hour.

That call back sucks. I am trying since Wednesday.
I have done the driving yesterday by driving to Vodaworld in Midrand, then had to go back to work before they could help me.
VODACOM is driving me mad.

Try sending an email to customercare@vodacom.co.za and they should respond to that.
