If it is locked to Vodacom it is useless
If it's a Huawei HSDPA data card, then there is a chance that it might be network locked to Vodacom, if it's one of the other makes of data card, then it should not be network locked.ic, I don't know the make / model - I don't yet have the card with me physically. I'm getting it couriered up from CT next week. Will have more info then.
