Vodacom 7' Tablet issues

when you inset a memory card, you have the option of formatting it as 'internal memory', which I did.
I now have an issue, that when my tablet dies, or when & switch it off then on, some apps have disappeared & need to be reinstalled. The main ones are Excel, Word & Kindle.
Any ideas?

Hi there. I've had the same issue, and from what I found on xda, is that this seems to be a problem with these apps for a number of people (Word and Excel, not sure about kindle but I'm assuming its in the same boat) when they are on the SD card. The only fix I could pick up was to leave it on internal memory. I'm not sure if you did this already, but if you go to settings, then 'storage', tap on internal, tap the menu there will be a migrate option. This freed quite a bit of space for me, so leaving MS apps didn't affect me too badly.

Many thanks for the info, I thought as much. I'll give it a try. Its just that internal memory is so small on these devices.
