Vodacom amateurish glitches x 3

1. There is no way to get off "voice password" when phoning their call centre. So once you've activated it: If it stops recognising your voice for some reason, you won't be able to phone their call centre. Ever.

2. Prepaid data bundles (30 day validity): If you have two running in parallel (as you often would, to prevent expensive out-of-bundle rates the moment the first one ends): They deplete the bundles in parallel too! Instead of using up the early-expiry one first. They know about this bug on their system but they are not fixing it.

3. I got the fright of my life: Bought 2nd bundle and my SMS detail balance request says it expires on the day of the 1st bundle! Luckily on the website it shows the correct expiry date. I will hold thumbs and see what happens.

Shocking really. Good reception in rural area = one compliment I will indeed give them.

....So I thought I'd give the 'my Vodacom' app a try:

4. Data balance shows, but not expiry date(s)

5. OTP generator did not work.

6. Email address for app feedback does not exist, gmail says.

I have a strong, common phone with a recent Android, so really it can't be my own fault.
