Vodacom and DDNS and port forwarding

I am helping someone setup a router connected to a 3G stick. What ports available on Vodacom should I want to port forward from outside to inside the network? I tried 8080, 8081 and 21212 as ports for the router config page and even that does not work. Let alone forwarding anything beyond the router.

Any advise will be welcome.
