Vodacom BIS

Hi All

My wife use Vodacom BIS prepaid service. She only use it for BBS, Whatsapp and Facebook. It always work well, but all of a sudden now, she got charge per MB when using the internet or facebook. She pay the R59 per month, and I am sure she can't use more than Vodacom's cap on BIS. I am with Cell C and get 1GB a month BIS, and have never use it all up. Is Vodacom's cap maybe less? Every time she put Money on the phone, Vodacom start use it for data,charge her something like R1 per MB.

With Vodacom I think if you use browsers and apps not developed by Blackberry you will be charged out of bundle rates. What is BBS BTW?

Another angle on this is that if the BIS gets beyond 24 months it auto converts to ordinary data usage which is charged for.

Why not port er to cell c.and also get cheaper calls.
