Can anyone tell how I can set my iphone 5s that it uses only airtime for data and not my actual available data, received R120 bonus airtime which I wont use unless its for data and I cant convert it and its only available to me for 24 hours! Is this even possible?

You cant. It is determined by Vodacom's billing systems, not your phone itself.
