Vodacom Carrier billing on the WP store.

Hi guys, I have a Nokia Lumia and I use Telkom Mobile. I wanted to buy an App in the windows phone store so I bought a Vodacom sim card cos they support carrier billing on the WP store, but now I'm not able to purchase the App. Every time I try purchase it I go the store, click buy and after verifying the purchase there's no option for Carrier billing. I've tried contacting Vodacom via twitter and customer care, I emailed Nokia SA and Microsoft SA but they are ALL ignoring me. Can someone please help me? How do I fix this? This is really frustrating. Thanks.

Just checked mine. It works. Check your regional settings. Also try restarting your phone.

Everything is set to SA. Location and SA english. I've been trying since yesterday.

Have you tried a different Vodacom sim? What do you see when you click on the "add or change payment option" link in the purchase confirmation window? Have you ever opened your wallet app before this?

If you're using Wi-Fi, switch it off before accessing your wallet.

You have to access the wallet using the Vodacom network and not Wi-Fi for the carrier billing to work.
