Hi this topic has been discussed before but with no real solution.

I use Vodacom as my ISP thus have to use smtp.vodamail.co.za as my outgoing mail server.
Recently a lot of emails have returned with a message that states that it is "Considered UNSOLICITED BULK EMAIL"

It is really frustrating and nobody can give me an answer as to why this happens and how to fix it.
Im really considering to cancel my contract because this is really frustrating.

A message from <xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
to: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
to: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
was considered unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE).

Our internal reference code for your message is 18864-12-3/pR6MtfoxxaYG

The message carried your return address, so it was either a genuine mail
from you, or a sender address was faked and your e-mail address abused
by third party, in which case we apologize for undesired notification.

We do try to minimize backscatter for more prominent cases of UBE and
for infected mail, but for less obvious cases some balance between
losing genuine mail and sending undesired backscatter is sought,
and there can be some collateral damage on either side.

You don't have to use Vodacom's SMTP server just because you use Vodacom as your ISP.
