Sign up with GoogleHas anyone successfully migrated from contract to prepaid on Vodacom? I requested the conversion on 24 Dec / 26 Dec and 27 Dec. According to cancellations they can see no error but I don't get the SMS advising that the conversion has been successful.
I can't modify services to due an error in the database waiting for change control to be fixed, can't convert to prepaid - time to say bye bye to the contract and start again.
