Click to expand... Its to make back the money that they are "decreasing" their tarrifs by. Its Telscum remember, they give nothing away for free. If they gave everyone accross the board lower rates, they would just increase the pricing of ADSL or something :-D

One can expect that Virgin will obviously target the lower en of the market... esp prepaid. Therefore Vodacom only drops rates for the lower end and milks the corporates.
