It's bad that when you send them an email with the required screenshots then you get an email in return with your service request number plus the following words:
Please note that your service request has been logged with Vodacom Customer Care.
We will contact you to confirm the service request and to discuss any further information required. We will then update you when the status of the service request changes.
And then they don't contact you.
Interestingly on fast.com I consistently get just under 5 Mbps.
On Speedtest.net to a Vodacom server I get just over 10 Mbps
On Mybroadband's speedtest I get consistently just under 20 Mbps.
Something really dodgy going on here.
And this is on a 40 Mbps line.
