I got a new vodacom sim & number at the end of July, soon to find out that no one on MTN is able to phone me.
I was told to do a sim swop & change phones, as either of these two things could be causing the issue. I did both in Aug/Sep.
MTN numbers can still not phone me.
Is there anyone working for vodacom on the forum who can help? I've phoned them multiple times but yet no resolution, and it is now December.
