Vodacom's high network reliability confirmed

Vodacom was announced as the joint winner of the 2024 MyBroadband Best Voice Network in South Africa award, confirming its status as the most reliable network in the country.

MyBroadband Insights conducted mobile network voice quality tests across South Africa between 15 May 2024 and 4 July 2024.

Was trying to figure out why this was a Vodacom article and not just an article about the winners generally. Those top 3 all have the same overall score for voice network quality.

Don't agree with that. Most areas Vodacom doesn't improve or fix their network. This may be true or not. The fact remains their customer is much worse then the quality of their network

When my sibling who uses Vodacom on his phone, he always struggles to connect on internet while on the other side I always have internet access I'm on MTN by the way.

Means they tried really hard to convince people that their network is the best.

Whenever I have a phone call with a client on Vodacom the call always ends up so unstable.
