For the second time in a few months, all my Vodacom contract lines were suspended today "due to a system error".
The only way to have them unsuspended was to call Vodacom, wait, and have them reactivated.
Not great if you have (elderly) relatives who only have the one Vodacom line with which to communicate.
Anyone else experience the same? The Vodacom call Centre said they'd been "doing reactivations all day".
