Vodacom next business day delivery sham

I've seen many posts around the internet of vodacom customers being kept waiting over a couple of weeks, and I thought that I would take this up sooner rather than later.

I bought a new handset via credit card from the online shop on prepaid. The website states rather big, "FREE next day delivery". I purchased the handset at 09:08 on Monday 25 August 2014, Tuesday 26 Aug my waybill number still does not even exist meaning they haven't even started the delivery process. When questioning where my handset is and why no one has even contacted me to say when they will deliver, I was told that it takes 3 - 5 business days, and the "FREE next day delivery" only applies to contracts, however nowhere on the site nor the terms and conditions does it make mention of that. Instead it mentions that all orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next business day. Until now no one has bothered contacting me to arrange that I am home for the delivery. Surely this cannot be how we South Africans do business, and why should contract customers get preferential treatment to prepaid customers, are we not all customers in the end? This is unacceptable!!!!!!

After 3 days, today being the 4th I still don't have my device, due to FNB and Vodacom having system issues, I had to resubmit my order yesterday (27 August 2014) morning at 10:00, Sent the order number to Foued Sayed, who assured me that it is a high priority with his team. I haven't had any feedback from him or his team, and my Waybill still does not exist on the system. This has gone on for long enough now, and I would like the world to see the service vodacom is providing, a credit card transaction should not take 3 days to clear via the banks, online transactions do not work the same as EFT's, I cannot buy this phone at your stores as your stores do not even know that you sell it. I would like an official answer from vodacom regarding this issue and what they are prepared to do to accommodate me with regards to what is clearly an issue on vodacom's side.

just realised that Vodacom cancelled my second order (the one they asked me to do) without refunding my money

I have ordered twice off their website.

The first phone took 3 days from the time I ordered it too delivery.
The second order was for a tablet was delivered the next day.

Anyway what ever their website promises regarding next day delivery I was happy with the service I got.

utterly disgusted, stil not resolved, however the funds have been transferred back into my account, that means that vodacom online shop does not work at all, please steer clear
