And this is exactly why the firm did just that. They obviously saw that Makete has a valid case with potential of winning Vodacom in court. Invest a few million which could quickly turn into a billion....

I am all for this. Makete alone in court, without financial assistance, stands no chance.

Agreed, the case would never have seen the light of day otherwise.
