Vodacom, please enable balance checking for promo data bundles through the web portal

Dear Vodacom

Please, please, please can you fix the problem on your web portal that prevents us from seeing the remaining balance for promo data bundles on your website.

Before you say, "use *111#", not everyone has access to USSD. The Vodacom web portal is the ONLY way I have to check the balance on my prepaid data sim card. I know many others are in the same situation as I am, i.e. using prepaid sim cards in devices like 3G routers and many tablets that do not have USSD.

If you have an android phone you can also install the Vodacom App that allows you to check your balances including data balance and manage your data bundles

No you can't. You can only see promotional data balances through using USSD, i.e. dialing *111#.

I'm not sure, but it's irrelevant in my case anyway, I'm using a 3G router so even if it did work for me through the app, that's obviously not an option. I really only care about the fact that it's not working through the web portal.

Numerous other people on this forum are complaining about the exact same thing. I'm definitely not the only one.

My bad, it's actually been in place for the last two weeks. It was not there when the promo launched but did come soon afterwards.

I just check with a prepaid SIM and it's on the Data Balance page. Will see if I can post a screenshot.

Ok, it definitely doesn't work for me though. I've loaded a promo bundle on my prepaid cellphone sim and my prepaid 3G router sim, and when I log into the portal I cannot see any balances for promo bundles.

Doesn't work for me either. Under "manage bundles" I can see it is active, but in "balance" it doesn't come up.

OK, can confirm R13's is not working.

Many engineers running in wild circles, will feedback soonest.

Apologies for this. For now USSD and calling 111 will work.

Did this ever get sorted out? I have the section for promotional data balances in my vodacom webpage but there is no balance showing?

Same here, can't see promotional balances on the website or app.
