Vodacom, please enable balance checking for promo data bundles through the web portal

Will it ever work I wonder?!
Its a bit shady of Vodacom to make it difficult to be able to check a data balance!

Still broken. Doesn't even have field names that are relevant to the promotion bundle.

Hi Guys , The promo bundle view has been fixed on thursday already. Please test it and let me know if you are still experience problems.

Still not working and most frustrating. Work collegues are also frustrated about this.

Please keep us updated Vodacom Representative.

The thread was started 3 May. Its now 31 July, almost 3 months and Vodacom still cannot get their dashboard to reflect promotional balances? Thats pretty sketchy!

It is pathetic how unreliable and buggy a big corporation such as Vodacom's online client portal is and has been since launch how many years ago. Recently all my contracts and bundle account details (except for my main master account) disappeared from the website.

Funniest part is when I clicked on billing the website showed the usual "Unfortunately we are having technical issues on this page and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later. " error message and then popped-up a customer satisfaction form.... guess how I voted.

i was at the vodacom care centre now and was told that the promo balance can not be checked.
not by app or website or evan he could not check it for me.....

Mine is the same.. I use my sim in a router not capable of USSD.
When I check my promo data balance online, it just shows 0kb.. I'm currently using it to type this post, and I should have something like 16GB free...

How and when can we check our balances online?

Can't wait until Afrihost gets their mobile offerings together. I will be switching all my clients' sim cards. This promo balance debacle is really the last straw.

What a crappy app from Vodacom. Frustrating to sign in each time and can't check my promo balance.

They do not want you to know the balance. The oob shark is their friend.

This is actually the only conclusion one can come to. Vodacom simply do not want people to know what their promo balances are.
