not easily. It's a back-end issue and the guys are working on it. Latest feedback seems to indicate more than a few days, likely a week or 3.

So when does the promo finish?

But I suppose it will finish before Vodacon manages to sort out the issue with viewing your promo data balances??!!

i think it ends middle September but i m sure they will extend it again. good for business.

I cant view my promo data details. Just my 1GB allocation and zeroes everywhere else.

This was resolved this morning at 2am you still having problems ? am able to check my promo balance.

Updated the new ipad app as it said that i can check promotion bundles as well. Not working. Tells me i do not have.

Now i cannot buy a data bundle on the ipad app. ask for credit card or from account. i am on top up and want to use that money.
then i get failed with some acount details needed and masterd and.........ens. why why why

Anyone else having issues seeing their promotional data balance? I loaded a new bundle on Friday and it still says no remaining data!

Mine isn't working, I have 2x 500mb promo bundles (don't ask) and on the website under Data Balances I have 0 and Promo bundle balances it says I have "No remaining bundle" - even though I have about 700mb available still.

I cannot even use my topup data to load a bundle.
as for the app/////// I knew they would not fix it.
