Why is it even broken in the first place? It's just simply unacceptable that it can take so long to fix. The only conclusion is that you guys are not willing to fix it.

The new Vodacom app is consistently giving me error messages on my android device, it is so unstable. Pathetic to say the least.
When I go into the app to use it, I always end up feeling that I have to throw up afterwards just to feel better.
I am on a topup data contract with a tablet. In the My Vodacom app I can not see any data usage, whats the point of using the app then? I need to dial *111# every time to check my balance.
