Vodacom, please enable balance checking for promo data bundles through the web portal

Mine has never worked.

But at least before when I loaded R150 airtime, I could buy the 1gb promo package for R149 - now I need to load at least another R10 or I'm told that I do not have enough airtime!

The new app does seem to have whole lot of new functions - but...wait for it...none of them are available at this time...

Lol they are a joke....... So glad i will be done at the end of the month with them.

The new Vodacom app is consistently giving me error messages on my android device, it is so unstable. Pathetic to say the least.
When I go into the app to use it, I always end up feeling that I have to throw up afterwards just to feel better.

Same thing on ipad. Just shuts down and go to the home screen.

I see they are still not replying, pathetic to say the least. In two weeks they have not provided any feedback to their crap app not working. Really, how difficult is it to just build a working app with constant errors.

I am on a topup data contract with a tablet. In the My Vodacom app I can not see any data usage, whats the point of using the app then? I need to dial *111# every time to check my balance.

+1, also when you purchase a promo data bundle, the balance doesn't reflect on the account summary page on the web interface, you have to go and dig under "My balances"/"Promo data balances"

I honestly just don't understand what is so difficult in providing the information on one home screen.

They are deliberately hiding information or placing it all over the place to make it difficult to monitor one's usage.

I just can't understand how such a big company can be so incompetent.

My mistake, I can't even check the data balance on the website as I stated previously, not on the app nor the website. On the website nothing is listed under data balances and promo data balances. So I am only left with *111#

Pathetic to say the least, utterly shocked and disgusted with the lack of proper service to clients.

Leave Vodacom asap and go to 8ta if you can. they do not want to fix this problem. I have lost s lot of money due to the BS

I still can't access my promo data balances with the Vodacom app or website...
Guess they're gonna screw us over with oob forever...
