Please, please, please can you fix the problem on your web portal that prevents us from seeing the remaining balance for promo data bundles on your website.
Before you say, "use *111#", not everyone has access to USSD. The Vodacom web portal is the ONLY way I have to check the balance on my prepaid data sim card. I know many others are in the same situation as I am, i.e. using prepaid sim cards in devices like 3G routers and many tablets that do not have USSD.

Come on Vodacom, sort this out! I haven't been able to see data balances on my account via ANY method for weeks. How am I expected to manage my data usage without this vital information?
No, but you seem to be the only one who is unable to use the search facility.Am I the only one who can't check data balances in the promo bundles through the Vodacom website?
Thanks for your pointless comment however this thread is pretty old (was before Vodacom had the option of checking promotional data balances online without going the USSD route) so its of no use to me!No, but you seem to be the only one who is unable to use the search facility.
