Vodacom now insist on an order number, which I don't have as I did not take a screen dump when I bought the 12*2 bundle.
Hmm, I found the order number hidden in the depths of the account information.
Wonder why Vodacom were unable to find that information ?
Hope that they resolve this now, I have been fighting with them for two months.
I think that I must reduce my exposure to Vodacom, I need to cancel some contracts, their Customer Support is declining by the month, and there appears to be signs of system inadequacies (to be polite).
Note : And the quality of my Vodacom Voice and Data Services have declined dramatically.
